This spring I took a trip home to Sweden and spent a few days by the coast. It was a perfect opportunity to load up some Kodak Portra and stick some of those beautiful countryside colours onto some film. This was the first time I shot Portra since reading Johnny Patience's famous article on overexposing colour negative which he later expanded on during the #lndnwlk workshop.
This is exactly how I always remember Sweden in my mind. I know we get snow and rain just like everywhere else but when spring comes long it's an absolutely amazing place. These images give you a hint of what that's like.
